Data Engineer Technical Lead Key Skills Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline. 5 years of experience in data product management, engineering, or analytics roles. Proven ability to translate compliance and risk requirements into scalable data solutions. Technical proficiency in modern data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI). Strong knowledge of data governance and privacy principles. Experienced in AgileScrum delivery and cross-functional stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Regulated Industries. Knowledge of anti-briberyanti-corruption, export control, and third-party risk management frameworks. Certification in Product Ownership (CSPO), Agile, or Cloud Data Platforms.
